Thank you for shopping with Pour Favor. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Pour Favor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Pour Favor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Pour Favor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pourfavor.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
After reviewing your claim, Pour Favor may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund for eligible damaged items.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Pour Favor ships within the United States only.
