Returns & Damaged Orders
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. After reviewing your claim, Pour Favor may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund for eligible damaged items.
